To maintain the balanced and rich attention that Terra Nostra is known for, Itzia has built her knowledge of the land and its connections quite literally from the roots to the treetops. Earning her first accolades with a B.A. in Biology, she focussed her research on the relationships between roots and fungi, (mycorrhizal symbiotic relationships) and later added to that an Organic Master Gardener Certificate.
As a certified Arborist and possessing an Ecological Landscaping Design Certificate, Itzia loves providing coaching and advice on all aspects of your project. Truly happy working with people, Itzia is even more excited to work in homes where pets abound!
